Binance referral code at a glance
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Referral code | CPA_00LM2O0T2V |
| Where to enter it[1] [2] | Use our link: on Binance's web sign-up page the code travels in the link, and in the app Binance shows it filled in with a green tick and "Linked" right after the account is created. |
| What it gives[3] [4] | Trading-fee rebate vouchers: up to $100 after crypto purchases above $50, up to $1,000 after trades above $100, within 14 days of registering. |
| Fee rebate[4] | Vouchers, not a fee discount: once activated a voucher is valid for 14 days and the rebate is credited to your Spot account by the end of the next day. |
| Valid until[3] [4] | Tasks: 14 days from registration. Redeem each voucher within 7 days of distribution or it expires. The page shows no end date for the offer. |
| KYC needed[4] [6] | Identity verification to redeem the vouchers; Binance also requires its "Verified" level for new users to deposit and trade. |
| Add it later?[5] | Only for Referral Pro codes, within 30 days of registration and before any deposit or trade. Binance does not say whether every code format qualifies. |

Binance's referral offers page says "Get up to $1,000 fee rebates when your referred friend deposits and trades", and explains that the referrer earns up to $1,000 in trading-fee rebate vouchers while the friend can earn up to $1,100 [3]. The $1,000 headline is therefore the referrer's figure; the friend's is $1,100.
Binance says vouchers are distributed within 48 hours of each task and must be redeemed in the Rewards Hub within 7 days. After activation they are valid for 14 days, with the rebate credited to your Spot account by 23:59:59 the following day. They do not apply to API trading or trading bots, and identity verification is needed to redeem them [4].
Binance runs a second mode, Referral Pro, in which the referrer earns a commission and may share part of it with the referred user as a rebate, paid in USDC to the Spot account [5]. The vouchers above belong to Lite mode, and Binance says each user can be referred through only one mode [4]. Binance's pages do not say which mode a code in the CPA_ format belongs to, so read the terms shown in your account after sign-up.
Where to enter the Binance referral code (website and app)
1. Open our link. Binance's sign-up page shows an Email/Phone number field plus Google, Apple and Telegram options; the code travels in the link rather than in a box you fill in [1].
2. Enter your email or phone number, confirm with the 6-digit code (valid for 30 minutes), and create a password of at least 8 characters with one uppercase letter and one number [2].
3. In the app, Binance says that if you came from a referral link the code is filled in automatically, with a green tick and "Linked" beside it. If it is invalid you can edit it or enter another, and if you have none you can skip. Once a code is linked it cannot be modified [2].
4. Tap Next and Binance sends you on to identity verification [2].
If you signed up without the code, Binance's Referral Pro FAQ says a referral can still be bound afterwards only if all of these hold: the account is a parent account, it is within 30 days of registration, it has no deposit or trading activity and no existing referral relationship, and its KYC information has not been used on another account in the past 180 days [5]. That article covers Referral Pro codes and links; Binance does not say whether a code in the CPA_ format qualifies, so treat sign-up as the moment that counts.
Binance also says a referred user cannot change or remove the referrer once the relationship is set [5].
Identity verification and where Binance is not available
Binance says all new users must complete its "Verified" level to use its products, including crypto deposits and trades. The steps are Account > Identification > Get Verified: choose your residence and document, upload both sides of the ID, do a liveness check and confirm your details. Submitted documents are usually reviewed within 48 hours [6].
Binance's List of Prohibited Countries (updated 5 January 2026) names the United States (residents, citizens and anyone operating there), Canada, the Netherlands, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Crimea and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, plus other locations Binance designates from time to time [7].
Binance's referral offers page can also show a notice that the service may not be accessible in your region [3]. The lists are Binance's, they can change, and they do not tell you whether local rules allow you to use the exchange. We read them on 29 September 2026.
What you pay after sign-up
Binance's fee pages list regular-user rates that match the table below for spot and USDⓈ-M futures [8][9]. The spot page also shows a 25% BNB discount column for paying fees in BNB; that is a general Binance feature, not something the referral code adds [8].
Standard trading fees on Binance
| Market | Maker | Taker |
|---|---|---|
| Spot | 0.10% | 0.10% |
| USDT-margined futures | 0.02% | 0.05% |
Standard-tier (VIP 0) rates from the comparison data CryptPerks keeps for all six exchanges. Your own rate depends on your region, VIP tier and promotions, and referral rebates or vouchers are separate from it. Check the exchange's fee page before you trade.
